Friends of Trees are out there again on April 8, 2017, and will host the first-ever Neighborhood Tree planting in Felida, North Salmon Creek, and West Hazel Dell.

Want to volunteer? Then arrive at SixEight Church (8802 NW 9th Ave) by 8:45 am to check in at the staging area and enjoy some hot coffee and breakfast treats before the planting starts promptly at 9:00 am.

Gloves and tools will be provided, so all you need to do is show up dressed for the weather. No registration required.

This is a great way to get outside, give back by helping the environment, get to know your neighbors and have fun.

As an extra bonus, neighborhood volunteers will be providing a potluck lunch for all after the planting is over.

Please contact the Volunteer Team at (503) 595-0213 if you have any questions or need more information.
