Josh and Natalie for Mr. and Ms. Skyview.

Skyview High School is having a Mr. and Ms. Skyview competition where 28 seniors (14 teams)  compete by raising funds for the Make a Wish Foundation. On Wednesday, February 12, 2014 from 5 pm to 8 pm Burgerville Salmon Creek will be donating a portion of the sales to the Make a Wish Foundation.

“We invite you to donate and support our fundraising efforts to benefit Make-A-Wish and be crowned Mr. and Ms. Skyview. The Make-A-Wish Oregon chapter grants wishes to children, ages 2½ to 18, living in Oregon and Clark County, Washington. Wishes come in four different categories, “I wish to go” (to Hawaii, on a cruise, etc.), “I wish to have”(a puppy, a laptop computer, etc.), “I wish to be” (a policeman, a ballerina, etc.), and “I wish to meet” (a favorite celebrity, athlete, etc.). A wish come true empowers the child to fight harder against his or her illness, and provides a magical experience for the child and their family.

Please help by contributing any amount you can – $25, $50, $100, or even more. Every dollar you donate can help Make-A-Wish kids renew their courage and find a turning point in their lives.

          Thank you for your support!

          -Josh and Natalie”
