Therapist Open House Day.

The folks at Kazoodles Toy Store know that learning doesn’t only happen at school or from a textbook…a great deal of learning happens during play!

“Occupational, physical, mental health, speech … if “therapist” is your job description, you’re invited to an Open House for Therapists on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, from 5 to 7 p.m. We’ve learned a lot about toys that can help you in your work with children (or adults, for that matter), and we want to learn from you about toys you use or toys you’d like to see.” ~Kazoodles

Enjoy goodies from Seize the Bagel, Chuck’s Produce, Great Harvest Baking Company and Larson’s Bakery, door prizes, an networking.

A percentage of the evening’s sales will go to SOTA, the Student Occupational Therapy Association of Linn-Benton Community College. It’s the only Occupational Therapy Assistant program in the area, and several Clark County students in the program will be doing fieldwork at local hospitals, clinics and schools. They also will be helping at Kazoodles on October 2, 2012.

The Therapist Open House will take place at Kazoodles (13503 SE Mill Plain #B-3 Vancouver, Washington 98684). For more information, call 360-823-0123.
