VGSA Announces 2017 Hall of Fame Inductees

VGSA is excited to announce their 2017 Hall of Fame Inductees.

Vancouver Girls Softball Association (VGSA) has been serving the youth of SW Washington since 1963. Since its inception, VGSA has been dedicated to providing a place for young women to develop self-confidence and a sense of team effort through the game of fastpitch softball.

As a volunteer organization, VGSA could not have served the thousands of girls over the last 55 years without the commitment and passion of people like those listed below. VGSA invites the softball community, and the greater community at large, to join them on Monday, June 5, from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm, at Club Green Meadows, 7703 NE 72nd Avenue, Vancouver, as they thank the 2017 inductees for their service and celebrate the amazing contributions they have made to girls fastpitch.

Founders Award – Ralph Frame, Faye Sanders, Chuck Bell, Ike Vilhauer.

          Volunteer Award – Scott Smith

Alumni Award – Kim (Smith) Anthony

The Hall of Fame event started in 2015 and serves as VGSA’s main annual fundraiser. Proceeds support scholarships and player development programs.

Event tickets are available for purchase at the Vancouver Girls Softball Association website.
